Le principe n\u2019est simple qu\u2019en apparence : s\u2019entra\u00eener souvent autour du seuil, sans le d\u00e9passer de mani\u00e8re incontr\u00f4l\u00e9e. La diff\u00e9rence par rapport aux m\u00e9thodes classiques est l\u2019utilisation constante de la mesure du lactate. Chaque s\u00e9ance est calibr\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de param\u00e8tres objectifs, et pas seulement de la perception de l\u2019effort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le principe cl\u00e9 : le contr\u00f4le du lactate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la m\u00e9thode norv\u00e9gienne, on travaille dans une zone de seuil contr\u00f4l\u00e9e, en maintenant g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement le lactate entre 2 et 4 mmol\/L. Cela permet d\u2019accumuler du volume de qualit\u00e9 sans g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un stress m\u00e9tabolique excessif. C\u2019est une m\u00e9thode qui se construit dans le temps, sans pics soudains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Entra\u00eenement norv\u00e9gien en trail running<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En trail, le principe reste identique : contr\u00f4le, continuit\u00e9 et gestion de l\u2019intensit\u00e9. La diff\u00e9rence, c\u2019est que l\u2019allure et le seuil s\u2019adaptent au d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 et \u00e0 la technicit\u00e9 du terrain. En mont\u00e9e, on travaille avec la fr\u00e9quence cardiaque et la perception de l\u2019effort ; en descente, sur la stabilit\u00e9 et la gestion musculaire excentrique.
