Over the years, all the world’s major running shoe brands, some more, some less, have modified and designed their shoes trying to cushion them as much or as little as possible.<\/p>\n
Never before has the dispute between cushioned shoes and ‘natural running’ been so central to the choices and productions as in this historical period.<\/p>\n
Some brands have made it their workhorse while others simply try to satisfy everyone’s needs and desires.<\/p>\n
From our point of view, there is no total reason.<\/p>\n

Getting to the heart of the matter, one should analyse the viewpoints of both sides.<\/p>\n
On the one hand, the ‘natural running’ people claim that man is born barefoot and is ‘designed’ to walk and run without footwear.<\/p>\n
On the other, the ‘shock-absorbers’ claim that evolution, our habits and the world as we have built it lead us to have to use shoes.<\/p>\n
Our position is right in the middle of the two extremes.<\/p>\n

Sport, running, compared to when we used to run barefoot, has become a leisure and fun activity, no longer survival, and our habits and physical constitution have also changed.<\/p>\n
Furthermore, by specifying that the running style of most of us is ‘wrong’, we can only say that the right shoe does not exist; everyone has their own shoe, but there is no shoe for everyone.<\/p>\n
In choosing the right shoe, each of us must consider our weight, our running pace, the type of support we have and the type of running we do, and by analysing these variants we can choose THE right shoe!<\/p>\n
