Garmin Connect has different color cards for each activity to show the most important statistics at a glance, also through a personalized dashboard for the activities practiced and the statistics used. The “Last 7 days” screen compares the current statistics with the previous week. Garmin Connect also keeps track of daily statistics of steps, calories and hours of sleep and provides a detailed analysis of sports performance with tables and graphs.<\/p>\n
