\nThe correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Desport SRL by replying via email, sent to the email address communicated by the customer an order confirmation with all the necessary information for the identification of the seller and that the customer must keep.
\nThis confirmation message will propose all the data entered by the customer who agrees to verify the correctness and communicate any corrections in a timely manner.
\nPlacing the order on the website miomiorun.com the customer declares to have taken vision, the conditions of sale, the proposed mode of payment and the entire procedure of purchase.<\/p>\n

Payments<\/h2>\n

All payments for orders must be made in advance of delivery of the goods.<\/p>\n

In case of payment by PayPal, credit card or cash on delivery, the order will be processed immediately.<\/p>\n

In case of payment by bank transfer, the seller reserves the right to wait for the crediting of the amount due before proceeding with the shipment.<\/p>\n

Legal warranty<\/h2>\n

The buyer is entitled to 24 months legal warranty on products purchased on the site www.miomiorun.com.<\/p>\n

The warranty applies exclusively to obvious defects and \/ or malfunctions attributable to the manufacture.<\/p>\n

Are excluded from the warranty damage and \/ or defects directly attributable to the customer and not directly attributable to manufacturing defects.<\/p>\n

Are also excluded from the warranty all accessories and furnishings easily subject to degradation (by way of example, shoe soles, straps and charging cables for electronic devices etc.. ) unless directly admitted responsibility of the seller and \/ or manufacturer.<\/p>\n

In some cases, the customer may be redirected by the seller directly to the manufacturer.<\/p>\n

De Sport SRL does not assume any responsibility for inefficiency due to force majeure of any nature or kind, in case it is not able to execute the contract in the agreed time.
\nDe Sport SRL will not be responsible for damages, losses and costs as a result of the non-execution of the contract for any reason, having the buyer only the right to a full refund of the price paid.
\nIn case an incorrect and\/or clearly derisory price is published, for whatever reason (error in our systems, human error, etc.), the order will be cancelled, even in case of initial validation.<\/p>\n

Obligations of the buyer\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Buyer is committed and obliged, once the on-line purchase procedure is completed, to read the conditions of sale.
\nThe information contained in these conditions of sale have been, however, already viewed and accepted as this step is made mandatory prior to confirmation of purchase, in order to fully satisfy the condition referred to in Articles. 52 and 53 of Legislative Decree no. 206\/2005.<\/p>\n

The Purchaser and Desport SRL agree that any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and breach of purchase contracts entered into online through the web site miomiorun.com, is subject to Italian jurisdiction and governed by Italian law.
\nIn the event that the buyer is a consumer
\nFor any dispute between the parties regarding this contract will be competent court of the place of domicile of the purchaser, if located in Italian territory.
\nIf the domicile of the Purchaser and his residence are not within the Italian territory, the competent Court will be the one chosen by the party bringing the action, always within the Italian territory.
\n* According to D.Lgs. 206\/2005 “consumer” means the natural person who […] acts for purposes not related to professional activity.
\nIn the event that the buyer is not a consumer and does not fall within the definition of Legislative Decree no. 206\/2005.
\nAll disputes arising from the interpretation and implementation of this contract will be referred exclusively to the Judicial Authority of the Court of Treviso (TV).<\/p>\n
