The adidas Supernova Rise 3 ATR are neutral running shoes designed for those who continue to train on the road even when cold, rain and slippery surfaces set in. The ATR version combines the comfort typical of an everyday training shoe with an outsole developed to offer greater safety in winter conditions, whilst maintaining a versatile design and a low weight of 229 g.

The midsole utilises full-length Dreamstrike+ foam, designed to combine soft cushioning with stability whilst running. The geometry features a stack height of 34 mm at the heel and 27 mm at the forefoot, resulting in a 7 mm drop: a configuration designed to ensure a smooth and comfortable transition during road training sessions.

The key feature of the ATR version is the Continental™ Winter Grip outsole, fitted with lugs to boost traction and grip when temperatures drop and the road surface becomes more treacherous. This is a particularly appealing option for those who don’t want to miss out on their runs during the winter months and are looking for better grip than a traditional road shoe offers.
