The Salomon Genesis 2 Women’s are versatile and reliable trail running shoes, designed to tackle technical, rocky terrain and mixed trails with confidence. This new generation improves stability, traction and durability, whilst maintaining a dynamic ride and soft, protective cushioning.

The new fully integrated activeCHASSIS™ works in conjunction with a wider midsole platform to enhance stability and control without compromising agility. The optiFOAM™ midsole, combined with the rocker geometry, offers lightweight cushioning and a smooth transition, making the Genesis 2 suitable even for longer runs. The stack height is 33.5 mm at the heel and 25.5 mm at the forefoot, with an 8 mm drop.

The All-Terrain contaGRIP® outsole features a new design with 4 mm lugs, engineered to provide traction on a wide variety of surfaces, from hard, dry ground to wet, soft and muddy terrain.

The new Matryx® upper, made from technical yarns and high-tenacity Kevlar®, combines lightness, breathability and abrasion resistance. The endoFit™ internal construction wraps around the foot, improving the precision and stability of the fit, whilst the quickLACE™ system allows for quick and even adjustment.
