The GEL-CUMULUS 28 is a lightweight running shoe designed to provide a smooth feel underfoot. The midsole incorporates FF BLAST MAX foam, one of the most energetic cushioning technologies, designed to ensure softness and responsive energy return whilst running.

PureGEL technology, a softer and updated version of traditional GEL technology, is claimed to be approximately 65% softer than standard GEL, helping to absorb impacts. The FLUIDRIDE outsole combines EVA and rubber to promote smooth transitions between strides, whilst the AHAR LO rubber block in the heel is strategically positioned to offer grip and durability in areas subject to greater wear.

The reinforced lightweight mesh upper is designed to promote breathability, reducing the need for additional layers. The construction is completed by the OrthoLite X-30 insole, designed for cushioning and moisture management, and reflective details to improve visibility in low-light conditions.
