DETECTION FUNCTIONS
If you feel unsafe or if the watch detects that an accident has occurred, the assistance and detection functions4 send your location to emergency contacts. Incident detection is activated by default only for selected activity profiles.
Routes
Create or find existing routes in the Garmin Connect app so you’ll never run out of new routes to explore. Alternatively, plan them on other platforms, like Strava and Komoot, then automatically sync them to your Forerunner smartwatch.
PULSE RATE AT THE WRIST
