The Brooks Cascadia 20 Women’s are trail running shoes designed to offer traction, protection and stability on any type of trail. Designed to tackle technical trails, hikes and long off-road runs, they combine balanced cushioning with advanced technologies to ensure safety and control on any terrain.

The construction is designed to ensure:

The midsole, enhanced with an additional 4 mm of nitrogen-infused cushioning, offers a smoother, more protective ride whilst maintaining good responsiveness. This design helps absorb impacts on uneven terrain, boosting comfort even on the longest runs.

TrailAdapt technology allows the shoe to adapt better to uneven terrain, improving control and stability on rocks, roots and technical trails. The fit has also been optimised to offer greater comfort and security throughout the run.

The Vibram® Megagrip outsole guarantees excellent grip in both dry and wet conditions, whilst the reinforced toe cap and protective mudguard help to protect the foot and upper from impacts with rocks and debris.
