The Craft Wool Comfort RN LS is a technical long-sleeved base layer designed to provide thermal insulation, moisture management and comfort during training sessions and outdoor activities in cold conditions. Its unique double-layer construction combines the benefits of merino wool with the functional properties of polyester, creating an ideal base layer for coping with low temperatures.
The fabric features a double-layer structure, with merino wool on the outside to retain body heat and polyester on the inside, in direct contact with the skin, to facilitate moisture wicking. This combination helps maintain a more comfortable microclimate during physical activity, minimising the feeling of dampness when perspiration increases. The mulesing-free merino wool offers natural thermoregulatory properties and retains its insulating capacity even when damp. Furthermore, its natural resistance to odour build-up makes the garment particularly suitable for prolonged training sessions, trekking and multi-day hikes. The flatlock seams help to reduce chafing against the skin, improving comfort during repetitive movements. The thumbholes at the ends of the sleeves help keep the sleeves in place and protect the wrists from cold draughts, providing more secure coverage even under other layers of clothing. The crew neck and the regular fit ensure a comfortable and versatile fit, suitable for use as a base layer under jackets and technical jumpers.
