The Brooks Cascadia 20 GTX Men’s are waterproof trail running shoes designed to tackle technical terrain, inclement weather and outdoor trails. They retain the Cascadia’s versatile design, adding GORE-TEX® protection and a Vibram Megagrip outsole. They are suitable for both trail running and hiking, particularly when the ground is wet or weather conditions are changeable.

TrailAdapt technology combines a wide base of support with a flexible structure in strategic areas. The aim is to provide stability on uneven terrain without restricting the foot’s natural movement. The midsole also utilises nitrogen-infused DNA FLASH v2, with 4 mm of additional cushioning to enhance comfort and protection. The heel-to-toe drop is 6 mm.

Water protection is provided by GORE-TEX® Invisible Fit technology. The lightweight membrane is integrated directly into the upper to maintain waterproofing, breathability and flexibility. A useful solution when running in the rain, on wet grass or on trails where water and mud are common.

Underfoot is a Vibram Megagrip outsole with 4 mm lugs and Traction Lug technology. The compound is designed to offer grip in both wet and dry conditions, whilst the lug pattern helps maintain traction and control on technical terrain.
