The Salomon AERO BLAZE 4 GRVL Men’s are lightweight and versatile gravel running shoes, designed for running from tarmac to dirt tracks without changing shoes. Their dynamic design makes them suitable for daily training on gravel roads, in urban parks and on mixed terrain. An attractive option for those who want to explore beyond tarmac without using a more structured trail shoe.

The optiFOAM™² midsole combines cushioning with energy return. The foam provides soft, protective landings whilst maintaining a dynamic response during the push-off phase. The stack height measures 37 mm at the heel and 29 mm at the forefoot, giving an 8 mm drop.

The Gravel contaGRIP® outsole is designed to offer grip and durability on both dirt tracks and tarmac. The 2.5 mm lugs keep the shoe gliding smoothly over compact surfaces and provide extra traction when running on gravel and dirt. The multi-directional tread pattern also enhances control on uneven terrain.

The Engineered Mesh upper uses a differentiated construction to balance breathability, flexibility and protection. The sensiFIT™ system wraps around the foot from the midsole to the lacing system and helps keep it stable whilst running. The moulded OrthoLite® insole adds comfort and breathability.

The new quickLACE™ neo system allows for quick adjustment of the fit and uses a thicker lace to improve comfort and support.
