The Saucony Ride TR3 Men’s are versatile running shoes designed to take you seamlessly from tarmac to trail. They build on the comfort of the Ride 19 whilst adding greater protection, durability and traction, so you can tackle daily training sessions on mixed terrain, dirt tracks and less technical trails with confidence.

The midsole utilises PWRRUN+ foam, which is lightweight and springy, with a generous stack height of 37/29 mm and an 8 mm drop. The cushioning offers a soft and dynamic feel, ideal for clocking up the kilometres whilst maintaining comfort and protection even when the terrain becomes more uneven.

The PWRTRAC outsole with 3.5 mm lugs bridges the gap between road and trail running: it provides the necessary grip on dirt tracks without compromising the smoothness of your run on tarmac. A solution particularly suited to routes that constantly alternate between different surfaces.

The upper, made from durable and breathable mesh, incorporates lightweight reinforcements in the areas most exposed to abrasion, increasing durability without making the shoe excessively heavy. Weighing 284 g, the Ride TR3 is a well-balanced road-to-trail shoe for those who want to head out and choose their route as they go.
