The Brooks Ghost Amp are lightweight and responsive running shoes, designed to inject more energy into your daily training and high-intensity sessions. Compared to a classic daily trainer, they deliver a livelier and more dynamic ride thanks to the combination of the new SpringRamp™ technology in the forefoot and DNA HYPE cushioning.

The midsole utilises nitrogen-infused DNA HYPE, a combination of PEBA and EVA designed to combine softness with energy return. The result is protective yet responsive cushioning, suitable for both everyday running and when you want to pick up the pace.

The SpringRamp™ technology positioned in the forefoot amplifies the push-off phase, promoting a more energetic take-off and a rapid transition to the next stride. The 6 mm drop helps to create a dynamic and fluid gait, whilst maintaining good stability during the foot strike.

The lightweight warp-knitted mesh upper combines breathability and support, whilst the gusseted tongue improves midfoot lockdown even as the pace increases. Weighing 255.1 g, the Ghost Amp is a versatile option for those looking for a faster, more responsive everyday training shoe.
