The ASICS SUPERBLAST 3 is a running shoe designed to provide a feeling of energetic propulsion during daily runs. The midsole has been updated with FF LEAP cushioning, a lightweight and springy foam inspired by the METASPEED racing models, designed to combine responsiveness and comfort for everyday runs.

The structure is also supported by FF BLAST PLUS cushioning, which helps deliver a cushioned and responsive stride whilst maintaining a feeling of lightness. The new outsole configuration, with a shape inspired by trampolines, is designed to promote energy return and support the push-off with greater dynamism.

The reinforced, breathable fabric upper helps keep the foot dry whilst running, whilst the gusseted tongue system improves the midfoot fit and helps keep the tongue stable. The shoe is finished with reflective details, designed to increase visibility in low-light conditions.
