The Salomon S/LAB Phantasm 3 Made in France are road racing shoes designed to deliver speed, propulsion and efficiency over long distances. Weighing just 184 g, they combine a highly responsive platform with a full-length carbon plate. They are designed for runners seeking high performance in road races.

The midsole utilises optiFOAM™+, a foam composed of PEBA and EVA that offers ultra-soft cushioning and a highly dynamic response. The geometry features a 39 mm stack height at the heel and 33 mm at the forefoot, with a 6 mm drop. This configuration is designed to offer protection over long distances without compromising on responsiveness.

Inside the midsole is the energyBLADE™ Carbon, a carbon fibre plate extending the full length of the shoe. Its stiffness is designed to increase propulsion and make the push-off phase more effective. The foam and plate therefore work together to promote an energetic and fast stride.

Particular attention has also been paid to aerodynamics. The shoe was developed in collaboration with Swiss Side, focusing on the sole’s geometry, rounded shapes and the integration of the various components. The extendable gaiter also features an aerodynamic design, with the aim of reducing drag.

The Matryx® upper maintains a very lightweight structure and promotes breathability. Underfoot, the Road contaGRIP® sole uses wide, flat lugs to provide grip on hard, even surfaces. Manufactured in France at the ASF 4.0 factory, the S/LAB Phantasm 3 Made in France is a specialist racing shoe for those seeking maximum performance in road races.
